Born in 1971 in Burdur, S. Hüdai Ekinci, completed his middle school and highschool education at TED Ankara College.
He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law. He completed his master's degree on International Relations and graduated from National Security Academy.
Ekinci has been working as a lawyer and manager within the International and National Sports Federation and is still working as a T.C. Prime Ministry Legal Advisor. He is married with two children.
