The project, which is funded by the U.S. Embassy Ankara, accepts academically successful students from public schools with limited financial means. Approximately 240 students participate in the project each semester. In the project which is designed for 9th grade students, students receive 360 hours of English language education at TED Schools. Instruction, materials and transportation costs are covered by the project. Approximately 2500 students have participated in the project. The 10th phase of the project was initiated as of March 2019.
