The project is carried out with 3rd grade students with limited financial means studying in successful public schools. 120 students attended the project which was first started in the 2015-2016 academic year and supported by the U.S. Embassy Ankara and the Turkish Education Association. In the second phase of project which started in April, 2016 and was completed in December, 2017 the students received 360 hours of English language education.
